I’n the plastic surgeons office seems like a nice guy I was trying to see if he had a nice watch but his lab coat was in the way I think I did spot signs of a Rado captain cook which may make sense he is from India and I read that Rados are the “it” watch in India. I hope that doesn’t sound stereotypical just an article I read about watch choices...

Good observation. I've noticed regionalization in watch preferences as well. When traveling in Western Europe my observation is that the traditional Speedmaster Moonwatch is one of the top choices among adult males wearing what I would consider a "nice" watch. In the US the preference seems to be for Submariners. Somehow I think of a random person wearing a Speedmaster as someone who's more sophisticated.

Evening light on the newly acquired and latest release by Farer:

Looks like a heck of a watch choice for Werewolves and Vampires 😁

Cocktails, no coffee🙁

Now that is a very attractive watch, just beautiful. 👍😀
By the way, what do you drink first coffee or a cocktail?

Nice watch 👍. Sort of looks like a Panerai, is it just as big?

Giving my 1963 Seamaster 166.009 some wrist time today. Definitely my favorite of the 166 models. No lume, nice faceted Dauphine hands, onyx inlays at 12, 6 and 9, and the excellent caliber 562 with quickset date. Just a really good everyday wearer.

This has become my default Flieger of late. I really do reference Zulu Time to determine how recent the airport's weather report is, so why not this watch 😀

Yesterday my flight instructor liberated me from the drudgery of pattern work for an hour, and we headed west across the vast San Fernando Valley. I even got to make two low-level passes over my backyard...but alas, no one was at home except the dog.

I wish that when anyone replied to a post, that it would be placed immediately under the original post instead of later in the thread. Just my two cents. Carry on...
