Two of three I’ll carry today. I’ve been wearing the Bucherer two-register chronograph for the last month or so, fine tuning the regulation until it is now running about 5 seconds a day fast. I serviced this one early this year. It carries a Landeron calibre 48 manual wind, 17-jewel movement, in a gold filled “clamshell“ case. Circa early 1960s? Also, my Speedmaster 345.0808, one owner (me) acquired 32 years ago. Gold plated calibre 863 movement, sapphire back introduced on this model in 1980. Serviced this one on March 14, minor regulation March 16, and reset. Currently going a constant rate of one second per day gain. I keep threatening to move the regulator, but otherwise, too busy. Since I have only two wrists the third one is my Waltham hunter, 1877 model, made circa 1885, also recently conditioned, and currently, 5 seconds fast after about two weeks. Truth to tell, at one point it was 5 seconds slow. Not bad for a 140 year old watch which I serviced about two months ago.
