What reference is that? It’s awesome

Thanks! It’s a ST 145.019 from the early 70s. Nicknamed Soccer Timer because of the minute totalizer's prominent “45”, they came with a couple dial colors and at least 3 internal bezels, 12/24 hr roulette wheel probably being the most well known. There are also diver/count up and regatta/count down (mine) bezels. All are 861 powered (not just for Speedmasters).
