Short sleeve weather again today in Texas. 82F.

Can you believe that back in '64 I auditioned for them and they would not have me in their band?! Just a few months after their Ed Sullivan appearance. I sent them this photo and everything!

I didn't think that you could.

You know I have the utmost respect for you, the 2,877th beatle but me being the 2,876th beatle had to nix you from the band as George Martin was afraid you would become the main attraction and he feared the dynamic would be ruined.

Quasi-vintage Submariner: case and movement from 1964, dial+hands+bezel are 1980s styled service replacements 😀

The dynamic would have been ruined alright! I'd about mastered "Bill Grogan's Goat" by that time in 1964.

Oh yeah, me and Jimmy!

John's got the best quality accordion there, but John and Ringo aren't displaying that they have mastery of the bass buttons like Jimmy and I do.

Jimmy's left fingers appear to be approximately positioned over the D Major buttons. Can't tell if his index finger covers the seventh chord button to match his right hand fingering for D7 on the keyboard.

It's their loss, think of the fun they would have had at the firing range with you all these years. And Lennon could have even defended himself. (Did I say that part outloud?)

Pardon the intrusion, but you dudes need to expand your horizons. Snake took down both the Duke of NY (A #1) and Jose Cuervo; by himself. That doesn't even take into account the corruption he ended... Just sayin. Carry on.

Yeah…that Snake Plissken [action figure] is pretty cool and all that, BUT the Mad Dog [action figure] has the almighty Moonwatch belt buckle and belt accessories…as well as the amazing Beanee Weenee accessories…AND the old green Mustang Bullitt accessory…
Just sayin. Carry on.

NOTE: Mad Dog [action figure] wearing his beloved 1986 Seiko 6309-7049 accessory in the pic below…

I thought there was an unwritten policy against wrist shots while in motion!

Ummm…we had a 450 knot headwind…our ground speed was 0. 😁

Couldn't resist putting this back on again, all of the other watches in the collection are complaining at not getting a fair go.

Got caught in the FAA disaster today, 16 hours later we made it to the west coast.

Wife was taking wrist pics with her new hummer courtesy of @Toishome- this is her first Omega purchased on the forum specifically for her.
