Sadly I only have 65 pounds of Japanese power. In defense it does have big meters :D

A couple for today. The more I get back into BOC, the more I appreciate just what a great and underrated band they were. Most people only know them for "Don't Fear the Reaper, but they were so much more.......

And from left field, a bit of Stackridge. Most people have never heard of them, but this was produced by the legendary George Martin.

Put on a Full Moon Fever CD, but could not get through the first tune "Free Fallin'."

    RIP Tom Petty.

Happened to be round at friends this evening and was forced to watch the horror that is X Factor. Got home and listened to the whole of this just to reassure myself that real music composed by talented musicians and songwriters is still available for those who appreciate such things.

In horological terms, X Factor is like the worst of Invicta (other execrable brands are available) - soulless, derivative and having no originality.

This, on the other hand is like a mint 18k vintage pie pan Connie Deluxe :D
