To avoid a discussion I show 4 steps of ONE song.
I like the consept and all the versions too especially the raw original Here is my pick.

Tide is high, written by reggae star John Holt, for the Jamaican group The Paragons from 1967.

Then US/English band Blondie from 1980 (still love you Debbie馃槈)

The Scouse group Atomic Kitten made a bit more bland version (IMO) in 2002. I guess that shows the commercialisation and flattening of music that we old farts is always going on about.
(There is a "Kitten" Porche in the middle of the video).

There also a Dub mix version of the Blondie version by Coldcut.

Was cranking some Foghat, turned up, yesterday and have always considered their rendition of this Robert Johnson tune to be a Foghat best effort. I'll offer this progression on this thread.

Wow Walrus!

For a "latest" rabbit hole he has a command of the instrument.

It is claimed that the button keyboard is actually easier than the piano keyboard for the right hand to play. I cannot see why. I play a piano accordion.

Thanks!

I have no recordings of my playing. You'll have to take my word for it, but at my practiced best I could muster this exact Charles Magnante sheet music arrangement of the Ernesto Lecuona composition "Malague枪a" that is played here. I think the performer was 14 when the video was made. I doubt that I ever mastered it as well as she has. I've not attempted to play the tune since I had bypass surgery seven years ago so would be excruciatingly rusty.

@noelekal
Sorry I think I misled you. That is the song my buddy was doing after he listened to it on you tube not a video of him doing it. He鈥檚 certainly not as proficient as that amazing YouTube clip.
Sorry for any confusion and hope you have a good Christmas in prison

I鈥檓 wondering if this was filmed shortly before John prine passed, I think he would have liked it as one of his goodbye songs
