They are great live!
I saw them in '97 playing a dive bar in Overtown, Miami. Sketchy part of town, but the show was amazing (BNL).

Yah, a pro band that want to be there and want to give the audience a good time. They tore the roof off the place doing a cover of Def Leopard’s “Rock of Ages”.

Ah that's new. Back when I saw them Tyler came out from behind the kit to sing, Ed went back on the drums, and they did a Led Zep cover - Whole Lotta Love. It rocked!

On a side note I ran into Steve Page in Ottawa at a museum once - he was just there on holidays with the family - nice guy and spent a few minutes talking to me, which I appreciated. That was back when he was still in the band...

. When approached by a barking German, I always say: kennen zie das bitte bushtaberen? And when they do, I interrupt and say: sorry, I don't speak German

Strangely enough, the thread title does not specifically state "what music are you listening to." I decided to refresh and reacquaint myself today with my favorite poem. The love song of J. Alfred Prufrock by T.S. Eliot. It is what I am listening to today, and I believe it is appropriate. The poem reminds me I can never let myself become Prufrock.

One of the most beautiful pieces of music ever written and played by a legend. If grace could be set to music, it would sound like this.
Impeccable taste, way trickier to play than some may imagine too 🍻

On in the UK in the late 80's - one of the best game shows I've seen! Quality tune.

That's bought back some great memories, I was in a few punk bands as a kid in the 80s and we played with The Exploited (GBH too) great (and very funny) guys 🤡🍻

Fear is a sickness...I know, sadly, too well.
I love this poem
