··Omega Qualified WatchmakerOutdoor concert season started for us last night, so off to see some classic 80's music. Started with the Spoos - band from Burlington Ontario that was pretty big in the early to mid-80's.
Both Gord and Sandy are still looking pretty good...
Here's one of their bigger songs from the time...
The last time I saw these guys was 38 years ago at a pub night when in school, so this brought back some memories.
Next up was Men Without Hats.....
Ivan looks very different from back in the day! And yes, it was safe to dance...
Colin was there too, and I believe the woman on keyboards is Colin's daughter.
Had to say this was one of my favourites - great beat and seeing it live was a treat...
The show ended with A Flock of Seagulls, but we had a 2 hour drive ahead of us and we both had to work, so we didn't stay for that...we've seen them before, so no biggie...
Next outdoor concert is some 90's stuff...
