Probably one of the most underrated yet most influential bass players in history. If you hear a Motown classic chances are Jamerson was on bass. Prior to catching badfingers I used him as my guide as I played bass. Still love hearing him, Motown is some of the best music out of the US kinda sad it’s overlooked by many these days I hope it comes back and gets the attention it deserves

The latest collaboration album between Robert Plant and Alison Krauss, Raise the Roof, a long overdue follow up to their 2007 release, Raising Sand. Listening through a Feliks Euforia OTL headphone amp and Focal Clear headphones. Good tunes and good sound.

Pretty amazing. The only thing i have seen close to that for a day in the life was Sting opening for the Grateful Dead solo with his Bass. Did the whole song vocal line included on a four string bass. It was mind blowing. I got a tape of it from one of the tapers at the show but I can not find a video of sting doing it solo, it gotta be out there.
