Single village corn infused Mezcal. Great slightly smokey, nice agave flavor and a hint of sweet corn. Smooth but at 52.3% there is a slight burn too it lol 104.6 proof.

Perhaps a little basic compared to some of the advanced palettes here, but I see this so rarely at the places I've been to that I couldn't resist.

The Distiller's Edition of this one is pretty good too, but not always available in my local area.

I'd give it a shot but the 15 I bought is the only Dalwhinnie I've found. I haven't exactly been hunting them down though so I'll keep an eye out!

Ran out of 'everyday' Italian reds, and dug into the meager 'cellar' last night for something to wash down some homemade manicotti. Didn't really realize how long it had been stashed away

Some of the libations pictured here bring back memories. Like Pavlov's dog. I quit alcohol in 1988, so my drink of choice is now a Starbucks Iced Coffee (with a splash of 2% milk). Oh, how the mighty have fallen! 😁

Love this stuff. A great German producer that I use to prove German whites are amazing. Ohh my Cats drinking water.

Now we have moved on to this. A wonderful light and heavily peated Scotch.
