This week, visiting Premier and Grand Cru Champagne producers, wearing My Le forban with French made Lorsa P-75 Movement
I am very lucky indeed, just once a year this trip but always hard work and a lot of planning from 6 months in advance but very rewarding!
I envy you guys! Due to my sinus infection, I haven't had the chance to drink wines for the last couple of months! I'll enjoy wine vicariously through you guys!
savoring a bare Ass Blonde (oh baby, I like how that sounds! ) .... a local brew Ale that is, on a Sunday catching up with honey-dos around the house..
Last couple of days of Work trip to Europe huntin for wine to import, lots of meetings at prowein and in Champagne ... after 3 years hunting may have finally found an cuvee de Ambonnay that is sensibly prices and excellent (forget Dom Perignon, Cristal et al ... think Krug Clos de Ambonnay at $4000 per bottle) ... thins one should be less rhan $200 per bottle and exceptional....

Yes, as I noted in my first post when creating this thread: " In honour of Dean Martin, who said "I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they are going to feel all day", let's restrict it to those beverages of the alcoholic variety."
