In Brussels for a meeting and have a couple of hours to kill before the dinner. Spending it in good company - myself and a Zenne Pils 😁

Not sure if this applies to all single malts, but a friend of mine owns a whiskey bar, he showed me a neat trick with a 12 year old lagphoaig. Have a sniff of the whiskey, then take a teaspoon of whiskey, pour it into your hands and rub them together, then take a deep sniff of the whiskey, then drink some and be amazed at the difference in taste.

I'm trying this! Question: Would it be considered rude to lick my hands vigorously after that?

Celebrating with my brother, having a glass or two of a 1992 Penfolds bin 407 Cab Sav. A nice drop, cheers to all

Made a beer run the other day...saw this and being a fan of the show, bought a couple of cans...

"Golden lager" isn't my kind of beer at all, but I thought really how bad could it be? Well, really bad - heavy metallic taste...undrinkable.

I'm hoping this will be better...

Today, in honor of St Patrick’s Day, a little Gold Spot followed by some Blue Spot. Both excellent choices in the world of Irish whiskey

Huge fan of Foursquare!

Yes, Foursquare is fantastic. The ECS series is always great. Looking forward to Touchstone coming out this spring!

Fantastic looking collection BTW

Thank you! Criterion is still my favorite FS to date, but some of the recent independent bottlings have been killer

Was not lucky enough find Criterion. I am torn between Redoutable & Sovereignty. All of the ECS series are excellent...can't go wrong

Wow, seeing all the Four Square makes me want to get back into drinking rum again. I started at rum and then went down the bourbon rabbit hole and barely have time to get off the bench now.
