Hello everybody,

Ive started collecting watches a few Month’s ago so im fairly new to this! Ive saved up some money and wondered if i should get these 3 old Omega’s (i got them from my grandfather) repaired,cleaned,... I think for the three watches to get fully serviced by omega it would cost quite a bit. Is it worth the money or should i just buy a new Watch instead and get them serviced in a few months/years?
Anyway Thanks for answers! Greetings

(the one with the black dial should look like the one on the second picture when fully serviced (Seamaster 600 red cross technical dial)

I think it depends if you want to wear the watches you've inherited... if you do, then you can probably get them all serviced for less than the cost of a new Longines for example.

On the other hand, if they're not your style there's no point spending your watch budget on watches you won't use 😁

Thank you for the reply! Im not really planning on wearing them except for the gold constellation! Otherwise i would like to buy a vintage Blancpain. But i guess both options are fine! 😀
