At this point, I'm almost inclined to give them merit points for saying in the headline that the dial isn't original!

Great topic! However I am wondering if there is also a topic on great redials? Is there even a company which is famous for factory like redials?
Nah. Probably not enough of them to fill one Forum topic page. I'd love to see someone get on here, admit to owning one, and showing us an example of a early to mid-1950s Pie Pan Constellation with the arrowhead markers and a first rate dial restoration with properly aligned cross hairs and proper lettering. There is apparently no such animal as a nicely redone '50s Constellation. If I ever saw one, I'd send my old first-ever Omega off to the redialer for the treatment. As it is I'll stick it here in order to bring us back onto the topic of "worst redials."
Just saw this come up and then sell, feel sorry for the new owner already: http://www.ebay.com/itm/GENTS-VINTA...D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
