路OK, the cross hairs on both appear to be bad. The top watch doesn鈥檛 have the vertical thru the logo and the applied Omega symbol is off center. The bottom one doesn't center on the 6 index and star. The script on the top seems a tad too large, and just maybe a tad to small on the lower.

I think it would be a good candidate for the smelter. $150 in gold and a watch you will never find parts for. I don't have a point of reference, but judging from text on the dial, it looks like a redial.
