Wittnauer 241t and 242t Cases

Calling all Wittnauer experts!

I am undertaking a project and wondering if the cases on these two models have the same dimensions? Both are listed as 38-39mm but that is all I have been able to confirm so far.

I realize that the 241 has plain lugs while the 242 has beveled lugs. Otherwise they look very similar.

The goal is to apply a bezel ring (fitting between crystal and case) from a 241 to a 242.
