Dial/Hands: Original dial and hands are been replaced at the last service (8 years ago approximately because the original dial and hands one was not glowing anymore. All parts glow like suppose to be (see pictures)

My guess is the seller doesn't know the watch was recently made or he hopes a buyer doesn't and thinks it's a vintage chrono.

Judging by the seller's other items, I'd go for option 2. Market for these inc.Chrono24 is generally around £1k less.
