The one picture shows parts of „Coaxial“ and „Master Chronometer“ on the back, it is not the back of the Apollo 8
Maybe they show us the new „ … Side of the Moon“ with Coaxial and Ceramic in 42mm?

Yes, I noticed that as well. Also the dial doesn't seem to be skeletonized.
My wild guess it's a DSOTM update, that's somehow connected to Apollo 11 (55th anniversary this year).

Apollo 8 took off on Dec 21 1968 and splashed down on the 27th. The only other Apollo Mission in December was Apollo 17, from Dec 17 - 19 1972.
Maybe it's just a new Apollo 8 with updated movement.
