Will this bracelet fit an Omega Constellation Pie Pan 168.005?

Hi all,

I haven't been able to find a clear resource on this. Please point me in the direction if I'm just missing it or being stupid.

I'm looking to get a BoR bracelet for my 168.005 which has the dog leg lugs. Is this bracelet legit? I'm concerned about the Omega inscription on the clasp - particularly on the G and A.

No, people usually recommend the 7-row BoR bracelets. There are a gajillion threads on the topic. Here's a start.

Following up on this after using these resources. How do I tell if a vintage bracelet is real? I don't see the same sort of guides around.

How do I tell if a vintage bracelet is real?

It's down to the details, just like learning to spot a re-dial.

Look at a lot of them, compare details, look for honest wear, most tells will be apparent on the end links, clasp and hinge.

And as with watches please post photos and not just links, don't make it any harder for people to offer free advice.

Thanks I updated the post. I'm particularly worried about the clasp on this one. The G and the A don't look exactly right. The bracelet in general also looks very new...

It looks new because it's been brushed/polished and cleaned.
The bracelet is not a "NOS" item, it's decades old and I can't see a problem with the stamping.
Bracelets were made for Omega by various companies and used old technology compared to what's available today.
I see no problem with it.

Do a google search for Omega 1503 and compare 25 bracelets you'll get the hang of it.

And I totally agree with Jim's assessment.

Yea I’ve been doing that. The bracelet looks good to me apart from that thing I mentioned, but if it doesn’t seem outside of the range of normal, I’m not worried about it.
