Why are threads deleted without any explanation?

 

Most likely you violated one of many guidelines of the Omega Forums site, as I don't know which thread of yours was deleted I can't give you the specific reason.

I believe that calling someone a "wanker" is often used by Brits as a general insult, instead of its literal meaning. Like in the US we would call someone a jerk.
