No, they don't.

Same with paintings, clothes, historic buildings, etc.

It seems the world of watch owners, like everything else, has it extremists and everyone in between.

Da Vinci has lost the copyright on his paintings, feel free to copy away.
Omega still has copyright to there name, do watch you want with yours, just don't sell it for anything but what it currently is .
