I have never used a Swatch service centre.
I have seen and heard of too many examples where the watches have had ongoing issues afterward or come back from Swatch service looking worse than they went in.
To top it off, they charge like wounded bulls.
In summary, i believe Swatch service in this part of the world is a dead set Crap shoot.
I have spent the last 13 years looking for a respected independent to service my 13 year old Co-axial and he's located 1100 kms away from me.
Interestingly he's actually a Rolex man with an absolute ton of solid Rolex history behind him.
I haven't picked the watch up yet to be able to assess his workmanship so I can't comment as to the outcome but I hope all is well with this one. We will see shortly but I am somewhat hopefull.
The next most respected dedicated Omega independent watchmaker is 1600 kms away so it wasn't an option this time due to logistics.

Unfortunately I use the omega service center in Nj. I have zero watch makers where I live. Besides the ridiculous wait times, I’ve never had an issue. Knock on wood, Bc my 2254 is there now for a full service. It’ll probably come back worse now that I said that lol

On average I wait between 6 and 8 weeks. Been as long as 12, but there was damage to that watch. Now I will say that any watch I’ve sent back for warranty work takes anout 4 weeks on average.

But what is definitely nice is the 2 year factory warranty on an out of warranty watch that they give you

Official Time Watch in Utah for all future work on my Omegas, ever since they overhauled (and refinished the case on) my 911 Flightmaster. It was about half the cost of what Omega charges, much faster turnaround, and substantially less expensive than the quotes I got from the trustworthy independent watchmakers who offered to do it.

LA Area check out LA Watchworks. Apparently they are super good albeit pricey.
