Hey guys just got this in and threw it on the time grapher. Has an amplitude of 210 running -17s and needs a service. Also pins and collars aren’t tight. Pretty sure it needs all of them replaced. I got a pretty good deal so I’m just going to keep it. Would you send it to Omega or is there somewhere you recommend?

I have had Omega service my 2531.80 and would do so again. It’s modern enough that Omega will do nothing but positive things to it, IMO. Because they include the internal parts it also is pretty competitive when you need more than a simple clean, oil, adjust.

It doesn’t appear to have a tritium dial and hands, so Omega is not going todo anything to affect the value significantly.

That’s good information. Did they replace hands and bracelet pins? I just rely like my faded bezel insert.

Yes & yes. The bezel will not be changed unless you want it to be as it is an extra charge not included in the basic service, you just decline that optional service.

Edited to add: not sure if they will replace all bracelet pins but the loose/damaged ones in mine were replaced
