Where's the best place to buy this Breitling?

I've wanted one of these for a while, but I want a very specific watch.

I want the Navitimer with the all white dial, red markings, and a leather strap.

This is the only one I can find:

It's not available from Breitling anymore.

However, a number of gray market sites on the web seem to have it below Breitling's price:

All of these seem super sketch.

Also, 48mm sounds big. Do they make this in the 46 mm size? I like the layout of the chronograph dials as pictured (Rolex Daytona style), not on the side.
