where to find case replacements?

Hello I just bought a seamaster deville (?) DS however half of its lugs are snapped off... are there any other places I should look for replacements other than ebay? thanks.
By the way, are the lugs also solid gold or are they gold plated? I think it is the latter but I would like second opinions 😀

Best way is to just find a donor watch. Not the cheapest though. Lugs are not solid gold

yeah... thats what I figured... best bet is to pray a broken one comes through, but even broken ones won't sell for cheap because the bezel is 14k gold...
