I just love the Grand Canyon. Have been to South Rim quite a few times during the past 20 years.
And last year my wife and I visited Grand Canyon North Rim. Oh boy....what a beautiful place. We hope to visit it once more in the next couple of years.

Best regards from Germany

We love the Grand Canyon too. I've been going since I was a kid and had relatives who lived in Prescott, Arizona. You have better photos though.

Sunset was magnificent, but slayed the camera.

That's beautiful! Is that a visitor's center, or a lodge or something on the north rim?

Been to the Grand Canyon riding in an improvised backpack-carrier on my dad's back when I was about 6 months old, and then on my own feet when I was about 15. Never to the north rim, though.

Hi,
the picture was taken from inside the hotel lobby.

We had a cabin just a few feets away from the rim. No. 90 was ours.

Beautiful place to be. I was at GC South Rim in 1995 for the first time. It has changed a lot during the past 20 years. The view has gotten worse because of air pollution and it's getting more and more crowded.
So when we visited North Rim for the first time in 2015 we were quite surprised how "cosy" this place was.
I just love it!
Cheers
Thomas

Stunning!!! Ready to hit the slopes, unfortunately no significant snow fall yet in the east coast.

Thanks God we have no snow yet, because most of the people don't know how to drive in snow)

It's a little cliche but the Big Island of Hawaii is the place I enjoy the most. It has beaches, mountains, rain forest, the weather is amazing, it's not as touristy as some of the other islands.

Every time I am there I want to stay for good.

The fog rolling into the Great Smokies at dusk is a sight to see...

You know it man.
I was just about to post that East Tennessee is the most beautiful place I've been and that you really have to live here to appreciate that fact.

As for most beautiful Museum that would be the Palace of the Legion of Honor in San Francisco. Second place would be the Field Museum in Chicago.

I'll have to dig out my photos from that trip and scan them. That may take awhile.
