The dial shows alot of discoloration or bubbling, and most of the lume is gone. Not very appealing or attractive.

Most of the value's in the case and bracelet, I say flip them for a good price and use that on the next catch

Let's see: if movement ring is not inside: Us$ 60. Used Crown: 50 . Chrono lever extensions for the omega mvmt. Ring, if you use a non omega mvmt: 60. Extended reset lever extension: 50. Used set of lousy hands: 100 plus. Movement from any maker, but working fine a must: 1000. Look up Tissot chronos , big cases there already have the lever extensions. Inner mvmt cap: 50 . Keep bezel and case as is. Replace crystal with generic: 50. Around $1500 needed to make it a beater with the wrong mvmt. Kind regards. Achim

Another suggestion for the bezel, missing part, lettering ASHTRAY and then transparent silicone on top 😀

Also looks like there is case damage, as one of the pushers is far too big for the gap

Hang it on the wall in a frame next to a shift lever and gas cap off a Harley Davidson, with the caption, "This is all that's left after the bike wreck". If you can include an X-ray of a broken bone, that would add some authenticity to it.

Substitute any motorcycle brand you wish. Indian, Honda, Whatever... I just picked Harley Davidson because riders have a rep for being BadA$$ (I used to own one 24 yr ago).

Most Harley Riders are too fat these days.....my last vintage bike was a late 1960's Triumph 750 special. Every Harley rider saluted..... Stay safe. Achim

Stereotypes are not pretty - nor politically correct.

Are you sure about this?

compare the metal in the red and blue highlighted circles

the metal in the red circle is clearly not straight

If I was a watchmaker (or had no issue tying up money indefinitely) , I'd probably hang onto it and try and find the parts over time. If I had the skills needed, I'd find some old/service hands and toss a quartz movement in the back and make a little stand for it and use it as a clock under my work monitor until I found all the right parts. But since I'm not and would surely screw it up even worse, I'd likely part out the watch and set the money aside to try and find something better later. The idea of trying to piece that watch together and still having to send it to a watchmaker to assemble for $$$$ makes it a much harder financial decision for someone like me.
