As no one had posted on here for the last couple of day, I thought I'd try to be creative. Damien Hirst and Patek Philippe.

Vacheron Constantin 222 Gold/Steel - a lovely watch. It will be a while before I get any angled shots of this one as my Dad has told me to stop asking for pics as he's too busy.

You're getting together a very sweet collection. The Patek, honestly needs to be paired with a tux, not a short sleeved shirt, or at the least a formal suit. In that environment it would look absolutely stunning. The VC on the other hand, that looks very interesting, never seen one of those before. It looks like it fits into the overseas line with the sawblade bezel.

Hi Ashley, the 222 was made in celebration of the 222nd anniversary of the company. From the information available on the web 120 were made in Gold/Steel 100 in all Gold and 500 in Steel. Its a cracker of a watch and in perfect condition,

You've probably increased the value of that onion. Nice work.

Nice! Two pair is a decent hand, especially when one pair has the crown on it. 👍

Hard to say... my 3 fave watches are my 69 Chronostop and Speedmaster 125 ( got some mojo that watch, every time I look at it I expect to see that it has sprouted a big 70s mo) and this Muhle ... which took a long time to track down. 7b743dfb.jpg
I definately like watches other than Omega but this Muhle is the only one Ive bought. Now if only I could win the lottery Id have, 1 basic Pam in titanium, 1 Perrelet Moonphase, and a bunch of other sexy pieces...

Guess I missed your post. That VC is beautiful! I'm going to research it now... 👍
If you have any photos, I'd love to see them (as I'm sure other members would too).

Ouch - do I detect a definite anti-dive watch sentiment around here?
If I were to say I would love nothing more than to stamp on an ultra thin Piaget just to make it even thinner, would the comment slip by unremarked?
Come on, they're only watches. Love what you love, respect other's choices...
Okay, I just can't spread the love far enough to respect anyone who owns some of those Hublots..... the dials look like something a cat brought up on a painter's drop sheet.
BTW, may I be the first to state my collection is solidly based on appreciation of shiny things and slavish brand loyalty. My knowledge of real horology isn't strong enough to pull the skin off a rice pudding...

Oh, and I was lying about stomping on a Piaget - I actually like them, but don't tell Dennis...
