Folks. Google is giving me different stories, could one of you give me a definitive answer.
What watch is this bracelet for?
1153/138 (ammended) with 173 (20mm) ends

The number on the bracelet looks more like a 1153/138 to my eyes.
From a quick search here, the 173 end-links fit the Speedmaster Mark II (145.014).

You are correct, it is an 8 and that makes more sense.
So a mk2 Speedie.

Based on my experience, the 1153/158 was a generic spare clasp

I meant buckle, 1153/158 is a generic spare oke. The correct is the 1162
