·Received my late father in law’s Tag Heuer Aquaracer as a gift for this past Christmas. Was very grateful to be trusted with the watch but the solid stainless steel bracelet made the watch feel pretty heavy, so wearing it was a bit uncomfortable. Contacted my local Tag boutique to see if the offered a rubber strap and lo and behold, they did! Order it just before the new year and got word that it came in so I picked it up yesterday. Much more comfortable on the wrist now.
Now if I could only figure out how to get rid of the new rubber smell that’s pretty potent off this strap.

·I picked up a long and a short NASA strap from Luna Replicas.
I also bought gray grosgrain ribbon and will get some Velcro and correct rings to have more made.
I'm about *this* close to picking up an IBM selectric (might get a selectric II, due to cost considerations) as this was the machine NASA probably used to mark the P/N and S/N onto the ribbon.

·I guess my girlfriend gave up on trying to control my love for Omega since she decided to gift me this for Christmas 😁
A seahorse sculpture in bronze, made in Venice and used in an italian Omega boutique (that's the story I have been told).
I have seen a similar one at the Omega museum, I think it is a lovely addition in the house.
