I have also received that error message before when quoting another members post I wanted to reply to. I notice that it specifically happens when the text I am quoting/replying to has one of the built in emoji/smileys. If I reselect the same text sans emoji/smiley I don’t get the error.
It might be good to include @Trev and @dsio into this.

Interesting that’s cloudflare doing that, it has some services that are designed to prevent bots or people trying to fish around for vulnerabilities from succeeding, it must be falsely seeing those emoji as that. I’ll see if I can find the settings to loosen that up a bit.
I did a little more testing and thought the problem had been solved because I was not getting the error. Then I got it again when I tried to quote a selection containing this guy 😁.
