You are what you eat and we are a broad church here. When I hosted more international visitors a lot want to try fish and chips (although a few hated it). The cooked breakfast was always a hit. Speedy timed roast beef and wild blackberry and apple crumble yesterday :0)

·Made lasagna on the weekend, which took some time...I am the sauce maker in the family, so that was the first task...

Now for the long simmer, I have some beef stock warming in a pot, to add through the next few hours...

Skimming the fat...
In total this took about 5 hours to complete. Decided to make a little pasta for dinner that night using the Bolognese. The lasagna will be done the following day...
