If you eat fried chicken load up on the roasted Kale, salt, pepper and garlic I’m pretty sure it evens out the unhealthy stuff. Time it with my helmut

A grilled ham and swiss sandwich, using English muffin bread. I have one of the Cuisinart grills that can be a sandwich press.

Honestly, a picture would be worthless because it... looks like a grilled sandwich. Nothing remarkable at all.

Santa Fe steak (grilled strip steak topped with pico de gallo, crumbled blue cheese, and fried onions), served with fries. We made this almost a year ago, and tried the recipe again tonight.

Looks delicious and reminds me of our time in Switzerland and Rosti, I have given up attempting to replicate the original 🙁

Whipped up a quick mushroom risotto last night...

Made some Habanero-Onion soup, with lime...

Caramelize onions in olive oil with some Red Savina Habanero, bay leaf from our tree, pinch of salt, and a little sugar....





Add in 750 ml of our home made chicken stock, bring to a simmer...



After 15 mins, add in lime juice, and serve topped with chopped green onions (aka scallions) with lime zest, salt and pepper...



Flavours are amazing for such few ingredients. Very floral, spicy, savoury...loved it. Extra lime juice didn't go to waste...
