Roast chicken for us on New Years Day which was a nice tasty start to 2022.

I assisted with the assembly, but my wife did most of that...
Now baked...
We made this to freeze, so will top each piece with some cheese before cooking it again...here's a piece cold ready to go into the freezer...
We recently made a Bok Choy salad - first time I think I've had it raw, and it was good...
Last night I made Chicken en cocotte...we had it with some veggie sides and it was awesome...
And the cheese grating person...
