Just traded in my Porsche Cayman for this... More room, great ride, I don't worry about all the tech people looking at their phones and rear ending me. If they do, then tough luck.

Driving my weekend car while my son is home for a week from college; he has my daily ride. A bit loud between the pipes but my hearing seems to be already going in any event.

Nice cars and watches above.

Nick

Given my taste in watches, it should come as no surprise I drive a Subaru. My Flying Fishbowl is getting long in the tooth and I am starting to think about replacing her. My fear is that her replacement won't fit in my small garage. This was right after I put on the snow tires and winter blades last year.

If I had a second garage bay, I'd have one of these.

One of three, and the only one i have a picture of. Not a daily driver. It is 39 years old this year, and it sits in a heated garage from November to April. I will soon license it again, and the fun begins! Not too many will recognize it as it is a scarce car. We've had it since new. Lotsa bucks spent on it in the last 22 years. So many watches i coulda had!

Daily driver 2007 Ford Police Interceptor (P71). Mildly modified with Ford Racing Performance Parts and an SCT tune. I purchased it new from a Chicago area Ford fleet dealership in 2007. I used to be a Cincinnati Police Officer in a former life and drove P71s on urban patrol...HEAVY DUTY...and that's why I like (and own) a cop car.

LATE ENTRY...

Fair weather driver 2001 Ford Mustang Bullitt GT. Bone stock. I purchased it new from a local Cincinnati area Ford dealership in 2001.

Surprised that one of these specially equipped, heavy duty performance cars would be available new, from a dealership, to John Q. Public! Were you still a police officer when you bought it? And if you were, was that why it was available to you? Features wise, how did it compare to the Mercury Marauder model of about the same vintage? I believe the Marauder was equipped much like the Interceptor. The Marauder had a 302 V-8 twin OHC engine in it, and it was built in St. Thomas, Ontario. I think some FWD models of the Ford used by police were equipped like an SHO (Special High Output) which I think had a high performance Japanese V-6 (was it Yamaha?) in them. That was likely before the era of your Interceptor. I bet she goes when you mat the pedal! How would it do if it had wings on it?
