What am I looking at: Omega De Ville Orange Dial

Hey Everyone!

I stumbled across a very cool looking vintage Omega De Ville, I believe 166.051, with an orange dial and I wanted to see if anyone has ever seen one like this? I can't find anything similar in my research so I'm assuming it's been modded? Can someone confirm if this is an original dial or if it has been modded?

Most Likely a Korean Redial. But the case looks like it from the seventies, so it is possible that it is original, but not likely
