What about this Dynamic 166.108

Hi everyone, I'm interested in buying a vintage Dynamic.
I found an Omega Dynamic Racing dial (late production perhaps MKII year 75/76) ref 166.108 cal 1012.
What do you think of this watch, (dial, case, date disc, plexy, crown, bracelet, clasp) since i’m not a vintage collector.
The seller told me the watch was serviced 2 years ago.
What would be the right purchase price?

Lume dots but no "T"? I'm suspicious, especially since fakes of this dial abound on darker corners of the internet...and Etsy.
