This model looks ugly to me...
Every circle of the sub-dials and the date window have been replaced with oval shapes.
I think i prefer the plastic moonswatch than this one.
I think that is our first “I would rather have the MoonSwatch”.
…and I don’t disagree

Permit this TL;DR:

It sucks and is awesome and is the best and worstest thing to happen to Omega and I can’t believe I still can’t get my hands on one and that’s not fair and now Omega made me mad and I won’t ever get over all these daddy issues of betrayal but they’re so pretty so lighten up its just a watch you’re not my real dad you can’t tell me what to feel.

This feels like one of those season recaps that Netflix offers when a new one drops… Looking forward to season 2!

Will Smith best summed up my issues as he recently stated and I quote “Keep my brands name out of your f$&k;n dial”

And yes yes and it’s still my brand even if it’s seen on other mens wrists 😉

This is my step ladder.
I never knew my real ladder.

And I can't say I disagree either... it was just the closest one to Uranus

no pun intended 😁

A few pages back, wondered aloud what moves Omega might take in the direction of sustainability (marketing):

Omega partners with "Privateer" : mapping space debris

“In line with its pledge to give back to the planet, OMEGA is supporting a critical mission to track satellites and debris that pose hazards to human activity in space. OMEGA is collaborating with Privateer as they map space objects in orbit with unprecedented accuracy and transparency.”

(Recommend clicking through to the Privateer website and manipulating the 3D map of Earth and its space junk!)

New from Fratello:

The Omega × Swatch MoonSwatch Release Casts A Shadow Over Tudor And Rolex Novelties

“But the one brand that ruled them all in terms of exposure and attention, be it by media or by the end customers, is Swatch with their collaboration with Omega, resulting in the MoonSwatch. We noticed by the traffic to our magazine before (but also during) the Watches & Wonders, that the Omega x Swatch MoonSwatch is a big thing. And even on the floor of the Palexpo building in Geneva, where the Watches & Wonders is being held, it was a topic of discussion. Whether it was by our colleagues from other titles, YouTubers, or representatives of the exhibiting brands, everyone was discussing these watches and wanted to see them in the flesh (and a part of our team in Geneva had them on the wrist).”

Stopped by my local Swatch stop yesterday. Originally they said they were going to be restocked in early April, then they said mid April, now they’re saying early May…

There have been periodic restocks in Rotterdam and Amsterdam.

Same with London, I hear. Doesn’t seem to be the case across Swatch locations, however.

Someone posted this on another forum - line-up at a store this morning...

Swatch 08/04 (streamable.com)

Others have stated that when talking to Swatch store employees, they are saying people are lining up every day hoping that they will get a watch.

Looks like people are still interested.
