Swatch Group does not take part in W&W, so could be a parallel show-up, definietly they will not reveal anything at W&W, but maybe during.

·Before I saw this, I thought maybe Swatch Group might be changing its name to the Omega Group.
This was also my first thought. That or an Omega smart watch.
Not sure what to think if both brands have the same teaser. What would an Omega x Swatch collab look like... and why...?

·If Omega really want to make a move like this, launching a smart watch, they're going to ruin Omega's reputation I hope that this announcement is just a bad joke otherwise they intend to become the Tag Heuer of swatch group, really stupid move, please Omega, hands off this bullshit, take an example to Zenith, they produce MECHANICAL Watches ONLY.I can't believe Omega is doing this,if it's true, bad, very bad news

I don't think it would hurt Omega's reputation, it might just end up being a flop.
Hublot and LV also make smart watches, so three LVMH companies doing that. I also dont think Hublot's reputation got tarnished by the smart watch... Tag has its own reasons for failure.
Makes sense that Swatch group wouldnt want to ignore that market.
