There's patina, and then there's whatever the hell happened to that dial...yeesh. Nothing at all attractive.

This looks airbrushed beyond recognition... look at the bottom-right lug in the third photo. An absolute joke.

That's the dot over dot over 80 model. Only 80 ever made. William owns 40 of them.

I wrote to the guy about this. Initially he denied it saying the photos were all fine. Then I told him otherwise. Then he opened his eyes and this was his response

Well, it is just a 35k watch. You dont have to be overly correct there...

What kind of seller is that? Did he take any drugs before responding? 😕

While discussing possible fake bezels, it seems we've already got to the point where even the pictures are fake.

And now the fake pictures need to be discussed (even with the fake seller).

What will be the next step? ::stirthepot::

I checked out the listing and saw the bezel like the pic above then BANG it changed to the actual. Seller must have seen this thread ;-)

I'm amazed that somebody could make this blaring of a change and think it won't bite him. Dude already has 4 negatives this year and hasn't learned his lesson. That seller would be on the do not buy list.

How can someone be so stupid to leave the "photo guy" (assuming he exists) unattended on such an expensive item and fυck up one's reputation big time with such a high percentage of potential customers?

I don’t buy it. The photoshopping was so extensive that it’s impossible not to notice. And would a small outfit really have a “photo guy” anyway ? And if there is a photo guy what was his remit ?

Apart from all of the terrible photoshopping, what would cause that kind of damage to the dial and hands? Moisture?
