Watch identification?

This is an image of my grandfather. Any guess as to what he could be wearing? I would be really keen to find out. This image was taken circa 1970s I think. (This is the highest res image I have).
The scar on his right arm is a from a shrapnel injury from WW2.

Could be a Seamaster Cosmic.

If that's yours its a stunner! Very nice...

I'm guessing, that like all Grandfathers, the bracelet is a Speidel Fixoflex.

Speidel is "Twistoflex". Fixoflex is from ROWI.

Easy mistake to make.

Although I have dozens of them, I've never actually studied or researched them for some reason.

Speidel is still pretty big here in the US, and they still make exansion bracelets, though I can't imagine they sell a lot of them.

Do you have it in a digital form or did you use your phone to take a picture of the original?
Can you take another one that is a close up of the watch?

unfortunately I can't really do much with the one you posted here.

The image was a scan of a print from my parents. I am going to ask if they can do a better job.
