First post, no introduction, not even saying hi, and asking a question. Will bump in three hours claiming no one answers ...

I'd like a nice fresh apple already peeled and sliced.

@richarddubow
The Omega boutiques should be able to help you with that. If you can’t visit one give them a call and they can still help you, they will ship items to you too.

Any suggestions on how to source one?
I'll add that I had a better experience with the service centre than the boutique.

The price at the service centre was less expensive, and the service was better. (I am pretty sure the OB scratched the original clasp on my 1861 when I asked for a link out to see if the fit would be better).

Wow the seamaster bracelet is twice the amount of the speedmaster.

huh?

According to rudagger, he paid around $400 for the bracelet, unless I misread his post. I just placed an order for my SMP300 bracelet for $760USD. Should have got the bracelet to begin with instead of the rubber. Lesson learned for the next watch.

Edit: Nevermind I think I misread the whole entire post, the OP wanted to change the clasp instead of the whole bracelet? So rudagger paid 400 cad for new clasp not bracelet. Sorry fellas please ignore my dumbness 🤔:whipped:

In the words of Arthur Fonzerelli, "Correctomundo!"

I posted in another thread that had the Uncle Seiko 1/2 link been available when I got the clasp (asit is now available) , I probably would have gone that route.

However, now that summer is here, I'm really appreciating the adjustment of 6 positions vs a 1/2 link, or even vs a 3 position clasp.
