Not a Tri-Compax design - Chrono, Date, Moonphase - but no Day/Month. It's a Venus movement, not UG/Martel - and nearly identical to a Breitling design from the 40s/50s.

Such a gem and imo underrated. Zenith Chronomaster is one of the nicest pieces I’ve owned. can be had at decent prices too

Here are my triple dates. They don't fill all of your requirements but they are still fun.
Zodiac triple date moon phase caliber 74. Automatic.

Wakmann triple date chronograph Valjoux caliber 72c (edit cal 730). Manual

The Zodiac looks really nice on the Leica IIIF !!! 😀
