Vintage Quartz Omega Legit check Caseback Update

Hi all. A few weeks ago I posted a picture of my gold quartz omega that was believed to be legit. I now have a picture of the inside of the caseback for further inspection. Any details you guys can pull from this would be amazing.

There is also a number on the outside of the case back that is 53383846.
