Vintage Patek Philippe Seen In Local Store

I recently came across this vintage Patek Philippe for sale at a local store named Braunschweiger Jewelers in Morristown, NJ. I thought this could possibly be of interest to some of the other members of this forum. The store is asking $3,000.

Probably a redial and the stem is the wrong size, but I'd like to see a movement shot and the inside of the caseback.

Unfortunately, I don't have more than the picture already posted (I shot that one through the display case). The dial has some "patina" - especially near the 3 o'clock marker.

That's my town! I saw this watch a couple weeks ago in there, but don't know anything about these.

They're having a sale on their estate jewelry today and tomorrow I believe...
