There is a close relationship between Patek Philippe and the House of Gübelin. Gübelin has sold and serviced Patek Philippe watches since it opened its doors in 1854, and continues to do so to this day. Over the years the companies have collaborated on a number of important projects: for instance the special limited edition watch Patek created for the Swiss national marksman’s festival in Lucerne in 1979, and sold exclusively through Gübelin, or the Gübelin-dedicated watch Patek created in 2004 to celebrate the 150 years of collaboration between the two firms.

·Sad, Gubelin watches are truly beautiful, Im not sure why they are not popular ? I like the them as much as my Pateks ! They have massive, solid, heavy cases, with fancy lugs, what's not to like about them !

·Looks to be a very fine, well engineered movement ! I still think would rather look at the Patek 30 jewel IMO ! Never even heard of Gerber, except baby food and knifes ! LOL
