These red sweep hands show up periodically and some of them are legit. I acquired one recently but it hasn't arrived yet, so I won't jinx the shipping with a photo. I have not seen one on a chronometer-version previously.

My guess is that it's ref CO 2516.

I doubt the seconds hand of yours is correct, much less original. The crown is also suspect.
