It is a redialled late 1960s Omega Dynamic Generation 1. The hands and strap look original, the crown and dial do not. Looks like a 565 movement model.

 

A very poorly re-dialed Omega Geneve Dynamic.

 

Get the caseback off and you will see the model number. This will tell you what it started out life as.

Pretty sure my 6-year-old just drew a dial like that in his 1st grade art class. Well actually his was a little neater, and he used a finer Sharpie.
