Vintage Omega Geneve Box... but which watch model?

Got this vintage Omega Geneve watch box. It's made of plastic, so maybe from the late 70ies or early 80ies? Can somebody tell me which Geneve model it belongs to?

I like that box! Are the springs snapped? If I had to guess maybe one of the dynamics although they had their one square box like this. Maybe an integrated cal 1000 series Omega day (date)? I would guess early/mid 70s?

Actually the springs are intact, just the velvet is spared out.
