Vintage Omega Constellation: Original or Redone?

Can anyone help with an extra set of eyes to check this pie pan out.

According to seller it’s a 168.005, but I’m not sure about the dial - is it an original or redone?

I'm interested to hear what people think on this one.

The photos aren't great but the fonts look pretty good to me. It's a bit harder to tell about the minute markers and there's something on the glass obstructing a full view of the star in many of the photos, though, so I'd want to see a clearer shot.

Also, especially in this photo, it looks like the case has been heavily polished, which would be a significant concern:

Case polished but lugs not too bad. Need focused photos of dial but looks like typical lacquer damage on original dial on what you show.
What is asking price?
Is the receipt a service receipt hard to tell.

I can refer to the auction on Tradera - but it ended earlier this evening. I have no idea what the min. price where, but apparently EURO 1.350 was not enough.

From the auction pics, I can’t see anything wrong with the dial.
The lugs are a little soft.

1.350€ is relatively low, despite the damaged dial. The degrading isn’t even, especially between 11 and 12. Case would be too soft for my liking.

I’m guess the fact that it was offered on a Swedish platform while the seller sits on Romania had an effect on the price.

Good, very good and especially excellent doglegs have gone up significantly recently. I don’t think mediocre examples really follow that trend all that much, they’re way too common for that. As a comparison, this example has been sitting on C24 for a while at 2.5k€. It’s also aged, but the dial is a lot better, nice bracelet, time grapher shows much better numbers. Not saying I’d consider it, but I’d definitely compare whatever the seller on Tradera will ask to this one.

If it was serviced, did they repair it so the rotor will not wear against the caseback, anymore?

And, I am always skeptical when dark pictures are shown of dials in this age of super cameras everywhere. Second set of pix show the damage the 1st set did not.

I think you are right about the heavy polishing and probably also about the fact that it´s a Swedish platform and the seller is from Rumania. And for the record, the seller has not replied on my questions, so the story ends right here for me.
